Al fine di salvaguardare la sicurezza della logistica via mare da azioni terroristiche, nel dicembre 2002 la 
Conferenza diplomatica sulla sicurezza marittima ha inserito nuove disposizioni nella convenzione SOLAS ed ha adottato il Codice ISPS (International Ship and Port Security), recepito nel marzo 2004 del Regolamento Europeo 725.
La sicurezza antiterroristica è quindi divenuta obbligatoria ad ogni livello ed in ogni comparto e le esigenze degli operatori si sono estese dalla messa a norma alla messa in sicurezza.
In questo panorama, la Divisione Industria risponde potenziando ulteriormente la propria offerta di servizi specialistici ed impegnandosi nella progettazione e nell'erogazione di percorsi formativi con l'obiettivo di accompagnare la crescita e lo sviluppo di tutte le organizzazioni che mirano all'eccellenza del risultato:
Recent events have determined the adoption of provisions aimed at the struggle against terrorism.
With this in mind, the IMO Solas Conference has adopted new standards and promulgated the ISPS Code (International Ship and Port Security) in order to regulate and lead the adoption of security measures for the Administrations, the Port Infrastructures, the Ships and the Ship Owner Companies.
Further requirements have been imposed by the United States in order to be able to operate with their port system. The prevention of emergency situations through wilful acts of destruction such as terrorism and sabotage has thus become obligatory at every level and in every section.
So the Industry Division is involved in the design and provision of training courses to support the growth and development of all organisations which strive towards excellence.
The offer is completed by training programs to instruct the personnel in how to tackle emergencies in accordance with the levels of responsibility and rules defined by the ISPS Code.
