In questo contesto la Divisione Industria mette a disposizione un sistema di servizi integrati dedicati a tutte le esigenze dei principali attori del mercato.
La competenza specifica della divisione nel settore contruzioni si integra con l'esperienza di un gruppo che, da oltre 140 anni, opera autorevolmente nell'ambito del controllo tecnico a supporto di processi ad alto rischio.
Inoltre la Divisione Industria intende porsi oggi come punto di riferimento per il settore del Real Estate italiano sulle tematiche che la nuova legge ha introdotto in materia di certificazione energetica, in particolare nei confronti dei grandi patrimoni, degli investitori, del settore bancario ed assicurativo.

The Industry Division also acts as a reference technical and market adviser for institutes funding infrastructure and real estate development projects according to project financing/PPP/PFI schemes, as well as project/construction manager for projects at national and international level.
